Average. sold price $550,687 - $483,477     (13.90%)
Total Units Sold - 529 - 648  ( -18.36%)
Of that  529,  218 were condos/coop
Average sold price Condos - NA

Avg. Days on Market  62 - 88   (-29.55%)
